What is TimeFleX Solutions?

TimeFleX Solutions is modular software for room booking, desk sharing, digital door signs, group calendars, MeetingFinder and service requests. All modules run in one shared installation.

Does TimeFleX work with Microsoft 365 and Exchange?

Yes. TimeFleX supports Exchange Online (Microsoft 365), Exchange on-premises and hybrid environments and is available as an add-in for Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Does TimeFleX run in the cloud or in our own data centre?

Both are possible: TimeFleX is available as a SaaS solution and as an on-premises installation in your own infrastructure.

Do I have to buy all modules?

No. You only choose the modules you need and can add more at any time.

How secure is my data?

TimeFleX is ISO 27001 certified. You can find details on our security standards in the Trust Center.

Which hardware is available for digital door signs?

We offer various door signs such as the TD-1070 as well as displays for room overviews and desk sharing. We are happy to advise you on which devices suit your rooms.
